Classes - Online via Zoom

 

I hope you are keeping well during the current situation. In line with government policy I‘ve had to stop classes, but I'm pleased to say I can offer online classes using Zoom!
Please do not be worried, this is a very straightforward process. Below are the times of the classes and the link to each class. The link will stay the same throughout the weeks for that particular class.

To access free online classes, please use you're NHS email address.
PayPal will refund your fee.

 

You can register for the class anytime before it starts and I recommend you register in good time. I also advise using a computer, laptop or tablet (iPad etc) to watch me as it will be easier to see on a larger screen.

The class will start 15 minutes from the stated start time to allow you all to join and pay - hence why all slots are an hour and 15 minutes long. During the class, neither I nor anyone else will be able to see nor hear you, you are all just participants watching.

Cost & Payment

 

The cost is £7 per class and you pay via PayPal upon registration. You do not need a PayPal account as you can checkout as a guest and input your card details.

 

Information about Classes

 

If you are new to Pilates, try a Beginners Class. If you have done Pilates before, come to one of the Intermediate Classes where the challenges are there for those who would like them.

 

I teach Classic Mat Pilates. This involves a warm up (usually in standing), Pilates exercises, followed off by a cool down and a relaxation programme. The class lasts an hour.

 

All you need is to wear loose, comfortable clothing, no special footwear (as we work in socks or barefoot) and come along with a bottle of water. After you've completed a short medical questionnaire, you are ready to start!
